Personal Training and Group Classes

actionBack Bay Fit offers training to any and everyone at any level, as we are equipped with expert trainers from many different fitness backgrounds.  We also offer Small Group Classes in the mornings and evenings at our Arlington studio. We offer classes such as Boot Camp, KickBoxing and Kettlebell enthused.
