Who are we?
A small, motivated team of very professional personal trainers
nutritionist and health coaches. Each of us with many years of
experience. We feel, live and breath fitness. We are located in
Boston’s Back Bay. We specialize in training clients as an
individual and not as a number. Everyone is matched with
a trainer and builds a relationship with that trainer.
What makes us different?
Back Bay Fitness offers training to any and everyone at any level, as we are equipped with expert trainers from many different fitness backgrounds.
Our classes include Back Bay Sweat and Strengthen and Lengthen. The Back Bay Sweat includes cardio and strength type movements, while the Strengthen and Lengthen is a Pilates based stretching and core strengthening class.
