Online Training Guides

We understand that it can be difficult to find time in your schedule to be able to fit in personal training sessions multiple times a week. However, if you’re looking for guidance in the gym and variance in your workouts, an online workout plan may be just the right solution for you!

Certified Personal Trainer and owner of Back Bay Fit, Joe Rindone, has taken his knowledge and expertise in the field to create online guides suitable for any gym-goer. With affordable pricing and the flexibility to complete these workouts at your own pace, Joe’s workout guides will push you to your limits and give you the results you’re looking for- With some hard work and consistency, of course! Check out the two options, and what is offered in each below:

Online Training

This membership offers you access to all of Joe’s workout programs.  There are 3 types of training routines on the workout list… 3 Daily Drills, Daily Flow and General Gym Programs.  This membership will also offer Nutrition Advice and Monthly Challenges, to help accomplish your goals.

Premium Online Training

This membership has all the benefits that our Online Training membership offers, with the addition of custom programming and unlimited email/text access with Joe.  Most members send pictures of their available training equipment, whether it be in-home, work gym or big box gym, Joe will create and assign custom routines for members based on their goals.
