In your sessions, we’ll use a combination of strength exercises to shed off those pounds and tone up; You’ll constantly be challenged in new ways to push you out of your comfort zone, and create change. One of our favorite ways to strength train is using kettlebells. This versatile piece of equipment allows you to train nearly any muscle group, including legs, shoulders, abs, and beyond. You’ll be getting in your cardio, too, during kettlebell training without having to step foot on a treadmill. We’ll also use traditional dumbells, barbells, and resistance training to build strength.
