Lift

LIFT 

Our Lift Class focuses on basic lift techniques, bench pressing, deadlifts, pull ups, and more!  Each class will have a predetermined workout set up on our white board. We start by working on larger muscle groups first, and then working into the smaller secondary muscle groups. It is very different from our other classes offered, as there is not a lot of cardio, and we mainly work on developing strength.
