Boot Camp classes have been loosely defined in the past decade or so.  Boot Camp was originally known as a location where members of a group, go to train for combat.  In addition, Boot Camp is also defined as a program that helps people become much better at performing a certain task, in a short period of time.  That is exactly what we do!  We help you become a fit in a short period of time.


We do this by combining basic strength and cardio exercises and making them fun.  A sample list of exercises used during our classes are:

  • Push Ups
  • Rows
  • Crunches/Sit Ups
  • Jogging
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Bicep Curls
  • Triceps Dips
  • Mini Band Walks
  • Stair Climbing
  • Lunges
  • Planks
  • Burpees
