Christina Rindone

Christina has been working in the health and fitness industry by teaching gymnastics and coaching competitive cheerleading for five years.  Christina has an extensive athletic background in Cheerleading and has won several National titles. Christina graduated from Middlesex Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts in 2014. Christina has always enjoyed striving for new personal fitness goals by trying new and challenging work outs.  Currently Christina enjoys yoga, spin, kettle bell, resistance exercise training, working, along with coaching and teaching cheerleading and tumbling skills.
