ACTIVE AGING FITNESS
Become a strong, independent, and fully functioning adult as you enter your 50, 60, 70’s and beyond! Strength training is one proven form to achieve this goal. Just like younger adults, you should continue to build flexibility and balance. Done regularly, strength training can build bone and muscle to preserve strength and energy. These exercises in the class will be safe and effective for both women and men of all ages. Learn to train smooth, slow and controlled, while increasing balance and flexibility!
